Everything is spotless and oh-so tidy, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is just perfect. Plus, the furniture is all new and modern. Talk about a premium experience! The location of this hotel was amazing. It was close to everything in the city centre and the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They were always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. we enjoyed the good size pool.

We had an issue where the staff cleaned our room without telling us until the night. This made it difficult for us to get a bedsheet stained with cloth color changed, as we had no time to get it laundered.

Stayed at a hotel with a pool & free parking. The airport wasn't too far away. They even had an ATM in case I needed cash. And there was a nice sun terrace to bask in the Phuket heat.

Oh, I just loved how they had construction going on by the pool. Who wouldn't want a side of noise with their swim?

The bed in our room was the best bed we have ever slept on during our travels. The wide and huge bed was absolutely amazing and the room was spacious.

There was some ambient noise and bass coming through the sliding doors, which was not ideal for light sleepers. The parking area was left dusty by construction workers and needed proper flooring.

stayed at a hotel in Kathu, but Grace Patong was beyond amazing - incredible value for money, new and high-standard facilities, central location, and a fantastic housekeeping team. Receptionists Nui and Anne were delightful, always smiling and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Spent Christmas in a hotel in Patong which is a great location. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and had great furniture. We really enjoyed the air conditioning system in our room, it was perfect for the sun we had. On top of this, the hotel offered tours which included pickup service which made things so convenient.

There were a few things that could have made the stay better. there were no stools on the balcony which made it hard for smoking guests to relax outside.
